It is a sparkling wine deriving from a particular curvee of Pinot Nero 85% and Chardonnay 15% from grapes of a limited area of Mornico Losana. Being vinified with the Charmat method in an autoclave for eight months, the perfume is of a ripe apple while the taste is of a crust of bread which is typical because of the firmentation of the yeast. It is an excellent aperitif and it is excellent with fish, white meats and delicate dishes.
